2010 Annual Conference Moderator Travel One of the expectations of our Moderator is to be available to visit congregations and districts. If your congregation or district would like to host the Moderator for a visit, an invitation can be extended directly or sent to the Annual Conference Office to the attention of the Moderator. The Moderator or the Annual Conference Office will be in touch to make the arrangements. The Moderator should expect that expenses related to travel to congregations and districts are to be covered by the group that extends the invitation. The payment for the travel expense is sent to the Conference Office, payable to Church of the Brethren Annual Conference and marked "Moderator's Travel Expenses." The check should not be made payable to the Moderator. Any receipts from congregations or districts are credited to the Moderator's travel expense line item in the Annual Conference budget. You are encouraged to host the Moderator and to help defray the expenses associated with their ministry. Moderator Shawn Flory Replogle
