226th Church of the Brethren Annual Conference Hotel Reservation Information July 7-11, 2012 in St. Louis, Missouri Guest rooms have been blocked for the Church of the Brethren at three downtown hotels: Renaissance Grand, Holiday Inn Select, and Hyatt Regency at the Arch. Upon completing your conference registration you will be e-mailed a confirmation and link to the hotel reservation website. Mail/Fax Reservations Guest room reservations can also be received by mail or fax. An official reservation form can be found by clicking here. A completed form can be sent to: SLCVC Housing Bureau 701 Convention Plaza, Suite #300 St. Louis, MO 63101 Allow three (3) business days from the receipt of your form to process your request. You will be mailed or e-mailed an acknowledgement. Please review all information for accuracy. Mailed and faxed confirmations will take longer, but you can expect a confirmation 7-10 days from your reservation being processed. E-mail any questions, cancellations, or changes to: housing@explorestlouis.com Reservation Dates, Cancellations and Confirmations Guest room reservations will BEGIN on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 12:00 Noon Central Time. In order to receive the Church of the Brethren conference rates, reservations must be made by Monday, June 11, 2012. After this date, the hotels may charge significantly higher rates. All rates are per night and subject to room tax. You may modify or cancel hotel reservations through SLCVC Housing Bureau in writing by fax, mail, email, or internet until Monday, June 20, 2011. Changes and/or cancellations will be made based on hotel availability. After this date, please contact your hotel directly.
